Mother’s Grief & Liberation Online Support Group (Part II)

A 7-Week Online Closed Group for Mothers Navigating Collective Grief

Register Here

This is the second round of a group container for mothers who are carrying the weight of grief in the face of ongoing genocides and global atrocities, and who long to alchemize this pain into intentional, life-affirming presence for the generations we are raising.

Together, we will create a circle of care where grief, rage, love, and prayer can be held, witnessed, and transmuted.

Group Details

  • 7 weekly sessions

  • Fridays at 9:00-10:30 AM PST

  • Beginning September 12, 2025

  • Facilitated by Sarah Bitar: Lebanese mama, de-colonial holistic therapist, ceremonialist, and holder of a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Guest facilitators will join us in some sessions to share practices, wisdom, and tools.

Why This Space

Mothers are tethered to the well of infinite love and to the very source of life.
To witness the violation of sacred life under oppressive systems is to feel heartbreak, fury, and helplessness that words can barely hold.

Since the beginning of time, mothers have turned to each other for connection, community, and ancestral wisdom as medicine in times of collective suffering. This group is an invitation to remember that we do not have to carry it all alone. With shared practices, movement, breath, prayer, and dialogue, we will journey together; closer to who we choose to be in this moment on earth, for our children and for our communities.

What to Expect

  • A closed container: We begin and end together, fostering safety, confidentiality, and deep trust.

  • Sessions will not be recorded to honor authenticity and privacy.

  • Practices to help us transmute grief and rage into grounded presence and creative action.

  • Space to show up as you are, whether raw and tender, or steady and ready.

  • Opportunities for heart-centered connection with fellow mothers on this path.

Energy Awareness 101

A foundational offering for those reclaiming clarity, boundaries, and belonging through rooted energetic care

A Return to What Was Always Yours

Now more than ever, cultivating energy awareness is essential. In a world of constant noise, speed, and overstimulation, tending to our unseen body becomes a practice of reclamation; a way to reconnect with what sustains us beneath the surface.

This course is for those walking the path of restoration; unlearning survival patterns, reweaving boundaries, and carrying only what is truly theirs. Whether you’re a parent, space holder, cycle-breaker, or someone moving through the weight of being human, Energy Awareness 101 offers a grounded invitation into daily energetic care and hygiene.

These teachings are not trends. They are adaptations of ancestral rhythms; rooted in nervous system safety, ritual, and relational integrity. This is not about spiritual performance or bypassing the reality we live in.

On the contrary, this conversation invites us to turn toward the truth of our lived experience and the collective conditions we move through. Energy awareness is not an escape; it is what helps us meet life with clarity and presence. We learn to cultivate our energy not to disconnect, but to show up from a more rooted, restored, and sovereign place.

This is an educational and experiential offering: we will explore what the energetic body is, what disrupts it, how to tend to it, and how to cultivate practices and approaches that support long-term wholeness.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • Foundational knowledge about the energetic body

  • What disrupts it and how to tend to it

  • Somatic tools to discern what energy is yours and what isn’t

  • Practices to support embodied boundaries in everyday life

  • Techniques to release inherited weight, overstimulation, and burnout

  • Daily rituals for energetic clearing and replenishment

  • An approach centered in wholeness, responsibility, and remembrance

This Is for You If...

  • You feel foggy, heavy, or emotionally off after social interactions

  • You’ve been holding too much: ancestral grief, emotional labor, unspoken pain

  • You’re a caregiver, cycle-breaker, or sensitive soul seeking restoration

  • You’re longing for rituals that protect your energy without bypassing authentic relationships

  • You’re ready to deepen your relationship with yourself through care that honors both spirit and body

  • You long to be more present in your relationships without needing to armor up or distance yourself in order to feel safe and resourced

Course Structure & Logistics

  • 90-minute Zoom session (live, recorded) including a 30 minute Q&A (this portion will not be recorded for confidentiality)

  • Educational teaching on the energetic body: what it is, what disrupts it, and how to care for it

  • Experiential tools and guided practices offered throughout

  • Dedicated section for Q&A and peer dialogue

  • Recording will be available for purchase after the live session for those who are unable to attend, or those who wish to revisit the material (at a discounted rate).

Date: Sunday, June 8th AT 9am PST

About Sarah, the facilitator

Sarah Bitar is a holistic therapist, educator, and guide devoted to trauma-informed, body-based, and ancestral pathways to healing. Her work is rooted in the belief that we each carry the capacity to transform inherited wounds, restore connection, and reorient toward inner clarity and dignity.

Through her integrative practice, she supports cycle-breakers, caregivers, and seekers in returning to the wisdom of their own bodies and the quiet power of their remembering. She believes energy literacy is a birthright; and that remembering it is part of personal and collective repair.

FAQ

Do I need to be "spiritual" to join?

Spirituality in this context isn’t about subscribing to a belief system or performing a role. It's about deepening awareness, cultivating integrity, and showing up to life with presence and care. Gandhi described spirituality as living in alignment with truth and love, not withdrawing from the world but engaging with it more intentionally. Similarly, philosophers like Krishnamurti and Simone Weil spoke of spirituality as self-awareness and attention—the ability to meet reality fully, without bypassing it. If you’ve ever felt the weight of what’s not yours and longed to return to yourself, this is for you.

Is this only for mothers or healers?
No. This session includes practices supportive for everyone, it is for anyone longing for grounded energetic care.

Is this course culturally respectful?

Yes. This work is rooted in reverence, cultural humility, and relational integrity. It avoids spiritual bypassing and does not extract from Indigenous or sacred traditions. Instead, it invites respectful engagement with ancestral knowledge; offering tools to integrate these values into modern life in a way that honors lineage, context, and responsibility.

What if I can’t attend live?

The recording will be available for purchase at $44 for those unable to join the session in real time. For those attending live who wish to revisit the material, access to the replay is available for an additional $11
